Lovelight Farms

Stella Bloom, the owner of a Christmas tree farm, enters a social media contest where she could win enough money to save her business. The only problem – she’s told the contest host that she owns Lovelight Farms with her boyfriend…who doesn’t exist.

Stella ropes in her long-time best friend, Luka Peters, to play her fake boyfriend in the hopes of winning $100,000, but she’ll win more than she expects along the way.

Lovelight Farms Review

The perfect Christmas read! While I’m usually a fan of enemies-to-lovers, I really enjoyed this sweet & steamy friends-to-lovers story. Stella is a super driven business owner with a great support system. And Luka Peters is boyfriend goals. He’s sweet, a little spicy, and way more patient with Stella that I would be. Her cluelessness was my only con with this book. There’s no way after 10 years you wouldn’t know your best friend is in love with you!

Either way, I really enjoyed this book. The angst, the will they / won’t they, and with a great payoff. I even got caught up in the mystery of who was sabotaging Lovelight Farms.

Read this one, you won’t regret it!

Luka: You’re cute when you’re lying to me, by the way. Luka: Also, why are there three episodes of Naked and Afraid downloaded on my tv? Do I even know you anymore?

“Something more direct, then,” he rests his chin in his hand and levels a stare at me that I feel low in my belly, in the backs of my knees. “Fucking, yeah?”

“I want all your trees,” I tell him.

“I love you so much.” I can feel his smile against mine, bright and beautiful. His hands squeeze my hips, my ribs and then rise to cup my cheeks. His thumbs smooth under my eyes. “Fucking finally.”
